Ordinary daytime admission is sold online and at the gate and is not a timed reservation. Magic of Christmas timed-entry tickets for the 2026 season went on sale October 14, 2026, after Canadian Thanksgiving. Greenhouse Tour places fill quickly.

Free entry: Children aged 4 and under enter free. Active Canadian Armed Forces members enter free with a valid CF1 card and photo ID; this does not apply on Firework Saturdays.

Sold out? For ordinary daytime admission outside the timed Christmas season, buy at the Admission Gate instead of using a reseller; arrive at opening or after 3:30pm for a quieter visit. If a Magic of Christmas slot is unavailable, choose another date or later time, recheck the official ticket page for returned inventory, or book a legitimate transport package only when it explicitly includes confirmed timed admission. Do not rely on a normal gate ticket or buy a stranger's voucher for Christmas.
