Getting in
- Colorado Springs Airport: Rent a car at the airport if you can; this is the cleanest move in a car city. Uber and Lyft also work, with Downtown roughly 15–25 minutes away in normal traffic. Route 37 is cheap at $1.75 but only runs to Hancock Plaza rather than Downtown, so it is a luggage-heavy budget workaround, not the good tourist transfer.
- Denver International Airport: Use Groome Transportation’s scheduled shared shuttle to Colorado Springs, including Downtown hotel stops such as The Antlers. Expect about two hours airport-to-Downtown and roughly $59 online plus the listed fuel surcharge; reserve at least 24 hours ahead. Do not try to stitch together the A Line and Bustang with luggage unless saving money matters more than your time.
- Downtown Terminal: Bustang’s South Line links Downtown Colorado Springs and Denver Union Station in about two hours for $12 one way. It is useful from central Denver or for a Denver day trip, but it does not serve DEN airport directly.
