Arrive 15–20 minutes early; allow 30 minutes for sunset slots, weekends, holidays, or Beam/SKYLIFT reservations.

Have the mobile barcode ready. Standard tickets do not state a routine ID check; bring any card or identification needed for a Visa offer or other eligibility-based product.

Fully wheelchair accessible. Power-assist doors are at the 50th Street main entrance; elevators connect street level with all deck levels, including the open-air 70th floor. Accessible restroom stalls are available. The deck is paved and level. SKYLIFT accepts wheelchairs and other assisted mobility devices.
