Free entry: Under-4s; Kew/Wakehurst members; essential companions; and registered blind or partially sighted visitors enter free. Bring applicable membership confirmation, ticket or eligibility documentation. The included Introduction to the Gardens walking tour is free with daytime admission.

Sold out? Ordinary daytime admission is not capacity-limited and does not normally sell out: buy the cheaper official online ticket, or buy at any gate at the walk-up rate. Christmas at Kew requires advance booking and can sell out, especially in December; try a November or early-December date, or limited flexible-entry tickets (£61 for a particular night or £101 for any date/anytime). If none are available, book daytime Kew instead; daytime tickets, third-party vouchers and gate purchases do not admit you to Christmas at Kew.
