We're a small team in Palo Alto building technology that genuinely changes how people experience the world. If you love travel, people, and the idea that AI can make both better — read on.
We're looking for people who are obsessed with great experiences — whether that means leading trips for travelers this summer, helping a creator take their audience somewhere extraordinary, or shaping what exceptional travel feels like. Concierge roles are open to applicants from anywhere in the world, with trips starting in May. Our Palo Alto roles are full-time and primarily in-person, with one product role open to remote candidates.
We're building our first cohort of Byline concierges and we want people from everywhere — because great travel knowledge doesn't live in one city. Starting in May, you'll lead trips for Byline travelers: handling on-the-ground logistics, crafting moments that don't appear on any itinerary template, and being the person travelers remember long after they get home. Beyond leading trips this summer, you'll also help us build the thing from scratch — shaping how we train future concierges, what our standards look like, and what it means to do this job exceptionally well. If you've spent meaningful time living in or deeply exploring a part of the world and you know how to make people feel genuinely taken care of, we want to hear from you.
This role is about building the infrastructure that makes every Byline concierge exceptional. You'll design and run our concierge training academy — the curriculum, the standards, the playbook that scales. You'll onboard our first cohort starting in May, establish how we evaluate quality, and think carefully about what it takes to replicate great service across wildly different destinations and travel styles. You've probably run training programs, built operational systems, or led service teams before. You understand that the difference between a good experience and an unforgettable one is almost always in the details — and you have a gift for teaching other people to see those details too.
Creators are building some of the most exciting travel experiences on Byline, and this role exists to make them wildly successful. You'll onboard new influencer and creator partners, understand their audiences, and coach them on how to design trips their communities will love. You're equal parts relationship person and strategic advisor — someone who genuinely cares how their partners' trips turn out.
We're building a creator ecosystem from the ground up, and this role owns the outreach, campaigns, and community initiatives that make it grow. You understand creator culture, know how to reach the right people, and have the patience to build something that compounds. You'll run experiments, find what works, and scale it — and you'll do it in a small team where your impact is visible on day one.
You have strong opinions about what makes a travel experience worth remembering — and the taste and tenacity to act on them. In this role you'll work on the craft of what Byline trips feel like: which experiences get featured, what the bar for "exceptional" actually is, and how we help guides and concierges design moments that travelers don't have words for yet. You're part travel editor, part product thinker, and you work best when you're close to the thing itself — reviewing real itineraries, talking to real travelers, and caring deeply about the gap between what was planned and what was felt.
This role exists to own how product actually ships at Byline. You'll run our product delivery function — the roadmap, the rituals, the status system, the connective tissue between engineering, design, and leadership — and you'll be the person who turns ambiguous priorities into a sequenced, shippable plan. Strategy lives with our CEO and COO; you're a strong partner in those conversations and the operator who makes the decisions real. You work side by side with engineers and design every day, keep a quiet, unwavering bias toward shipping, and clear the path so the team can do its best work. If you light up when a messy roadmap turns into a well-oiled machine, and you'd rather earn influence by getting things shipped than by being the loudest voice in the room, we want to talk.
We're always interested in meeting people who love travel and want to build something that matters. Say hello.
